- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
-Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to understand their technical needs and offer suitable products or services.
- Introduce company products/services to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs, answer questions, and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing on-going support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
